Cancellation Terms

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of purchasing the subscription or service. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if you have already generated carousels using the service or if you have consumed a significant portion of your subscription quota.

Process of cancellation will be initiated by the customer service team after the request is made. For cancellation, send an email to support@linkdeckai.com

Service Quality Issues

In case of any issues with the carousel generation quality, service availability, or platform functionality, please report to our customer service team immediately. The request would be reviewed and assessed by our team to determine appropriate action. This should be reported within 1 day of the issue occurring.

If you feel that the service provided is not as described on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1 day of service activation. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Refund Processing

In case of any refunds approved by LinkDeck, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.

In case of Refund Approved and processd, It will be credited to your original payment method used for the purchase within 7 days.
